where we highlighted - in lights of Surecratic Justice and Surecratic Determinism - the insistence to present both The Egyptian ex-President Husnie Mubarak, his family and associates (40-70 billion dollars) as well as The Tunisian ex-President Zine El-Abdidine Ben Ali with his wife, close family relatives and associates (? billions of dollars) into the needed public trial(s). In the mean time These huge financial resources must be recovered in full from everywhere in Europe, USA, Arabic Gulf Area and elsewhere it may be linked or appear.

Surecrats - via their movement - are carefully claiming that the people's stolen assets, financial / economy wealth by those corrupt democratic individuals and/or politicians ; to be wisely and carefully used to create efficient new governmental programs to alleviate unemployment and human poverty of people in Egypt and Tunisia .. We suggest considering some sort of social/economical justified studies as where to re-invest these huge recovered wealth - being claimed by our people - towards socio-economic redevelopment and education.

We are - as Surecrats - acting for the best interests of our people; to have from each reformed ; hopefully polity government specific and transparent budget which maximize the value of these recovered billions of dollars; We are also requesting from these re-elected new reform government also to claim against the Western Democrats and Eastern Democrats (if China is involved in part of these recovered assets ) ; we are legalo-politically requesting to waive - in addition - a significant part of debts of Egyptian and Tunisian people / nation as Western Democrats financially and economically benifitted from such robery of wealth for almost three decades ( at least 23-30 years); covering up these illegal financial / economy theft matters; the facts for long from our people and from the eyes of true justice enforcement at the time while charging debts and interests upon our people whom suffer poverty and socio-economic / educational oppression in turn.

We are asking the financial volunteer experts to prsent - by their in depth studies / evaluation - for our people's losses in Egypt and Tunisia. There must be from now on re-enforcement of evaluation and negoctiations with democrats to compensate our people suffering poverty, tortures, execution and murder for long where particularly Western Democrats, their neo-imperialism allow it to happen very questionably on purpose.

We - as Surecrats - would like to be involved in these matters; we are not asking for benefits but rather ensuring from our moral responsibility that the recovered wealth of our poor people are carefully monitored; we are actively smart and will review any study presented and/or reform governments' proposals ; This legalo-political enforcement must be immediate and without delay..?!! The Spirit Of Islamic Zakat (Charity Giving) In Eid Al-Fit re Seems Missing Within the Questionable Possible Malpractice(s) In Calgary Islamic Center ( South West Masjid ) Which Has Failed The Test(s) ..?!! :

Islamic Zakat ( Charity Giving To The Needy and Poor ), is one of the five known pillars of Islam as a universal monotheistic religion and it is considered the most significant socio-economic practice(s); which is directed to support people in general as well as both individual(s) whom is/are asking for Zakat (Charity Giving) and/or the needy.

In brief The Holy Qur’an recites in many chapters and/or verses that subject matter and We have to highlight the recitations of The holy Qur’an - at least - within these six related citations for understanding this subject matter:

1.Surah Al Baqarah / Chapter 2 Ayah / Verse 43
2.Surah Al Nur / Chapter 24 Ayah / Verse 56
3.Surah Al Ahzab / Chapter 33 Ayah / Verse 33
4.Surah Al Dhariyat 51 / Chapter 51 Ayah / Verse 19
5.Surah Al Maarij 70 / Chapter 70 Ayah / Verse 24-25

6.Surah Al Baqarah / Chapter 2 Ayah/Verse 177

Zakat Eid Al-fitre ( Charity Giving To the Needy and the Poor ) is usually paid by all Muslims from the beginning to the end of Ramadan ( Fasting Holy Month) – whether directly to the needy including relatives, neighbors ..etc. or indirectly to the charities Which must redistribute it .. Such a wealth repossession and/or money redistribution is/are collected and/or paid to the needy and to the poor is considered a basic Islamic right for every human being whether he is asking for it or being alienated / prevented (for some reasons) from asking (1-6). It is always preferable – in Islamic proper practice(s) - to pay Zakat (Charity) giving ..Before the praying time of Salaht Eid Al-Fiter to reach the needy as early as possible; efficiently to facilitate covering the needy and the ones whom are asking for it during Ramadan and at the early hour(s) of Eid Al-fitre feast.

We have here a serious drama story; from a Muslim who faced debts and serious injury surgery which obstructed him from working normally as he always does; supporting a medium size family of five, where three of them are children below the age of four years old.

Upon Contacting Calgary Islamic Center (South West Masjid) using telephone, asking for Zakat Eid Al-fitre to be paid – as his Religious legal Right / Haque – according to the Holy Qur’an , Such a sick – passed serious surgery individual in need - was asked the representative(s) to come, by himself, to apply , providing the fact that:

- He is as a parent just has approximately 48-72 hours post surgery and it is very difficult for him to drive and to walk in post operative pains.

- His wife is also in menses and bleeding hemorrhage with some health issues , not carrying yet a driver license and looking after herself and three young children and her husband.

- He was requested - from an important Zakat - Charity administrator -that he must go to Apply himself in person as they are not visiting the sick needy in such a troubled and post-operative surgery situation suffering pains.

- Such a Muslim parent asked if he may apply by phone where the Zakat representative / Administrator can visit that needy family, the answer is no..! Even by faxing the application , filling it and re-facsimile it back , hardly it was done ..!

- As end of the day of Eid Al-fitre (Feast first day) a direct call for the Calgary Islamic Center Zakat / Charity Administrator regarding what is happening with the sent application .. The answer : ‘ We have to test your eligibility for Zakat ..!! a striking Controversial answer that stands – in itself – against the spirit of Qur’an and Zakat in Islam which gave any Muslim the religious and the legal right to ask and to get it..

- The Administrator(s) Bureaucrat(s) and/or Appointed Charity Leader(s) whom collected such a significant generous donations from massive Muslims failed questionably this test and turned their charity by questionable invented rules of application forms with hardship conditions as well as screening for eligibility against the spirit of Universal Islam.. They have failed the test to facilitate what their charity have collected and deliver it on time to the needy ; a matter which needs from the Muslim Communities in Calgary, Alberta and Canada a full review and correction .. ! they have collected the Zakat Charity Donations and money generously from all participating Muslims but they failed their test(s) in organization, delivering it on time, fairly or justly according to the Spirit Of Qu’an and Islam which indicates it is a right for the needy and alienated to get with no Condition as the collected money belong to God and the poor / alienated needy and to the one who is asking .. They turn – as it seems – their Charity to a form or a Ministry Of Social Services filled with probably greedy or arrogant and/or people lacking human understanding to the needy on time from the unprepared bureaucrat(s) whom seem(s)Lacking the true knowledge, proper understanding of people and the true religion as well as the lack efficiently acting charity administration.. The applicant was - for years - Zakat and Sadakat (Charity) donor to the Mosque, and in one time application .. the answer was we are rejecting any application by phone or facsimile, without a chance to arrange Or facilitating this matter to the needy and/or to the sick on time. What an experience ..?!

Now where such collected Calgary Islamic Center's Zakat and/or Money goes - in lights of a highly possible malpractice of responsibilities, inefficiency, lack of transparency - and in presence of administrative bureaucracy ?!! .. No body knows .. Only God Knows ..!!!!!!

In Conclusion:

Quran does not put conditions about verifying and screening people especially the needy and/or alienated whom may request Zakat to be paid efficiently on time , These ayah / verses clearly gives a legal Islamic right to the needy to ask and to get this part in Money of Muslims. When Zakat EidAlfitre is not paid efficiently before Eid Prayer to - the needy and/or the sick asking for it and/or the alienated - efficiently on time ; this withstands against the spirit of Zakat and the Holy Qur'an assisted by the Practice Of Sonnah Ra soul Allah as a blessed prophet .. If the poor or the needy or even anybody asking for it , you pay it especially as a charity acting on behalf of a Muslim Community; It might be offencive to the alienated and the asking needy to tell him or her you need an eligibility test to get Zakat ..! Zakat Eid-Alfitre - as for example not for limitation - does not necessarily need screening; you simply pay it - whenever you are asked from someone you feel he might be in need - without having to assume or to discriminate or to collect private information about such an individual and his family ; whom might be asking you to pay it at the time ..

From Our Surecratic Prospective : Poverty has two Integrated forms or faces that may appear upon the two sides of the same poverty coin

1. Poverty Of Soul (Psycho-moral) and Of Mind (Intellectual) associated with Poverty In Knowing and Poverty In Education.

2. Poverty In Getting the Needed Financial / Trained Human Resources and Poverty In Utilizing Justly All The Available Limited Material and/or Food Production Resources..

Contrary to the usual perception of Democrats -whether Communists-Socialists or Capitalists - whom do believe in ' Philosophic Materialism ' teaching their people the questionable assumption ' The one who own the golden dollar always rules ' irrelevantly, with a biased responsiveness Versus We - as Surecrats - answering them that ' The one who has the knowledge and/or the proper eduction, is the one(s) who might be ruling ; as he/she knows not only where to find out the mine(s) of gold(s); but also knowing how - intelligently, morally and justly - redistribute the available resources in an equivalent balance among the people including the hungry and the poor ..!

The closed cycle(s) ' of hunger(s) can lead to real poverty and that of poverty can be leading back to hunger(s); a matter which Surecrats deal with carefully while they work responsibly and/or cooperatively to alleviate both poverty and hunger by simply breaking such a cyclic cycle(s), which trap(s) people and economy .. Here the careful strategic implementation of The Surecraic Economy, The Surecratic Social Justice System and The Surecratic System(s) of Educational And Health Care Development ' - via the Introduction Of Coll-Coop Project - in every country it can reach in its implementation and/or establishment .. All of these contributing mentioned above issues became a ' Surecratic Must and a Necessity ' towards creating a new desired balance within the individuals needs and the nation's needs for stability, peace and development ..

Upon studying history of Democratic Communism and Democratic Capitalism There is no doubts for Surecrats that the winds of the cold war race , creating war - hot spots in the developing World and the Islamic Monotheistic World ; followed by the ambitious imperialistic military invasions in order to control the people, the weaker / corrupted governments and the raw-materials as well as the markets, imposing irrelevant / non-accountable contemporary political ideologies of East-West upon the developing world ; where poverty and hunger exist at a very wide scale in Africa, Asia and Latin America..

Our Strategic War In Fighting Poverty and Hunger - Via the Introduction Of Surecracy - Has At Least The Following Significant Dimensions:

Alleviating the Human Conscienceness' balance between man's Intellect and Psycho-moral: as Surecracy is leading the Universal Claims of the Moralo-Psycho-Intellectual Revolution starting by this century.. Surecracy adopts strategically a new developmental system in education at all its stages / levels ( from nursery schools to post secondary) known as Collaborative Cooperative Education invented as a unique intellectual property of an economic / sociopolitical / technological values , the application of the same system into Health Care have also created ' Collaborative Cooperative Educational Medicare Centers and Hospitals ' : Coll-coop Project , being ready as a study to be implemented and developed by Surecrats .. It strategically create a triangle of forces where it stands between public and private education to play further a very efficient - dynamic role(s) for the quantitative and qualitative improvement of human knowledge and technical skills side by side with training the poor and educating them in diversity of Fields including agriculture, industrial, environmental ..etc so as to positively encourage them to be independent to produce what they need especially in food and agricultural products..etc. to be self sufficient in fighting their own ignorance , poverty by lacking training/technical skills to feed themselves and the hungry.. The problems - brought by secular democracy and its democratic capitalism - with its interests' rates banking and financial organizations has participated to drag down farmers into debts especially in the developing world where it reach the points that such a globalized agricultural economy made those poor farmers sell to the global markets / stock markets their wheat, corn, rice and soybeans ..etc without having enough to feed themselves as it happens in Asia (India) and Africa where the semi automation, fertilizers, pesticides use in the agricultural production actually lead that cumulative debts with injustified interests to the banks to make those farmers and poor food producers face exploitations and incapability to have enough for themselves; As per our discussion above the Surecratic theory Applied in economics ( micro- and macro- economy) will definitely reduces debts and inflation where The Surecratic Micro Venture Capital / Financial Institutions: {TSMVCI}, the Surecratic Interfaith food bank(s) are an expected desired objective to establish and to be a very supportive alternative to the poor / the hungry in order to redevelop, based upon new and better justified foundation for resolving the main reasons for poverty and hunger ..
